Please accept my heartiest congratulations on the 30th Anniversary of AIRO! I remember when you started the publishing enterprise with great hopes for the future. These hopes have become reality, as AIRO became an important intervention in Russian publishing, focusing on bringing the work young and aspiring Russian scholars to light, as well as translating Western scholarship for Russian audiences. Many of these books have become standard-bearers in Russian historiography and well known in scholarly circles around the world. I am proud to say that several of my books have appeared in Russian with AIRO – and I look forward to future translations, as well. Your hard work and insights on the best scholarship has paid off in a marvelous list of books. Congratulations again!
